We had an amazing stay at Sugar and Salt! Our group of 16 middle-aged women chose this home for a girlfriends’ getaway, and it could not have been more perfect. The house itself is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy time together.
The community pool was a great bonus, and the neighborhood felt quiet, safe, and peaceful the entire time. It truly made for a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
Rick and Tiffany were wonderful hosts—so accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind. They made everything easy from start to finish.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sugar and Salt for any group getaway!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, a really positive experience—highly recommend to anyone considering staying here.

We had a great stay at Rick and Tiffany’s place. The bed was very comfy and a great location for the local bars, restaurants and shops in east Nashville. It’s about a 40 minute walk to downtown but there are loads of Ubers available at a moment’s notice.

Great location, and very price friendly! Pictures were exactly as shown and rick and Tiffany were great host. Gave us a lot of recommendations for things to do around ! Would definitely stay here again

Rick & Tiffany were fantastic hosts! We needed a place to stay on very short notice and received a response within minutes. The house was cozy and had every convenience we could’ve hoped for! Rick & Tiffany were super helpful and flexible throughout the entire stay - I highly recommend!

The home was as listed and matched the photos. It was warm and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, which is always a big plus. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick & Tiffany were very responsive and provided listings of restaurants and things to do. We were visiting a relative so we were away during the days, but felt like we were "home" at night. It has a wonderful large yard for families with children. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our time here! Walk to the beach was easy enough! Steps to the pool -fantastic!
Plenty of space and loved the 2nd floor for the kids to spread out while the adults loved downstairs!

We spent a long weekend in Nashville and so happy that we found this space to stay in. Such a fantastic location. Located in a quiet historic neighborhood. Walkable to so many restaurants and parks and even downtown. Parking was easily available and accessible. The bed was SO comfortable, with good pillow variety and cozy blankets. The washer and dryer came in handy and they generously provided laundry pods and fabric softener sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our breakfast each day. The welcome snacks were greatly appreciated! Perfect little space for us to spend a romantic weekend away. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, everything felt very thoughtfully put together. The neighborhood was absolutely lovely and felt very safe, which made the whole experience even better.
One of my favorite parts was how close we were to so many great local bars and spots that had all the Nashville charm without the big Broadway crowds. BUT if you do want to dive into the Broadway scene, it’s only about a quick 10-minute drive away!
The bed was HUGE and unbelievably comfortable (I’m still dreaming about it), the appliances were top-notch as well, which made cooking and relaxing in the space feel effortless.
The hosts were super welcoming, responsive, and truly made sure everything was perfect. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone! If we ever come back to Nashville we will be sure to book again!!
(A small tip: parking in the back alley is definitely the way to go, easy and convenient.)

Everything about the house made it feel like a home. Rick and Tiffany were great to work with and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely like to stay in their property again.
